Kashgar authority arrested a Uyghur man for allegedly sharing a picture of the camp. He shared it on WeChat group. The picture looks like dormitories in the camp in October 2018. According to the description it might be in Shule (Yengisheher in Uyghur) in Kashgar prefecture. Below are translation of original Chinese document:

During work, it was discovered that on October 16, 2018, at 17:45, the netizen “Ruohe” (WeChat ID: wxid_uoncsovez42i22) sent a photo in the WeChat group “Don’t Exit the Group Randomly, Just These People” (Group ID: 2758065863, Group Members: 8 people). The group members inquired about the location of the photo, and the netizen replied that the photo was of an “educational institution” and a “conversion center.” After that, no further inquiries were made by the group members, and no offensive or inappropriate comments were made by anyone in the group.
